Always quick to respond, deeply knowledgeable, and patient with the difficult questions that come with this kind of planning. What stood out most was how he handled the harder conversations. He gave us room to work through it at our own pace and never rushed us toward a decision. He explained the difference between a will and a trust in plain English, raised a couple of issues we hadn't thought to ask about, and then actually listened when we said what mattered to us most.
