Elizabeth Coretto
Legal Assistant
Elizabeth brings several years of paralegal experience, specializing in estate planning and probate, to their position as legal assistant at The Heritage Law Center. They manage administrative work around the office and communicate with clients to help keep things running smoothly. They also support Matt in the preparation of documents.
Elizabeth holds a degree in history, creative writing, and English from Oberlin College, and a paralegal certificate from Boston University. They are currently studying archival management at Simmons University. Elizabeth is fond of documentaries, art, writing, and, of course, cats.
Elfrida Godfrey
Receptionist
As the receptionist, Elfrida is the first point of contact at The Heritage Law Center. She uses her friendly personality to interact with people and gather information from potential clients to establish their needs. She also helps current clients connect to team members. She’s dedicated to providing excellent customer service to everyone who interacts with her.
She grew up in Nigeria and has her Bachelor of Laws from Benson Idahosa University. She enjoys reading, spending time with family, and appreciating art.
Stacey Paiva
Client Services Director
Stacey promotes the firm’s mission through fostering relationships with new and existing clients. Over the years, she has enjoyed working with clients in a variety of small and large organizations.
She has been at The Heritage Law Center for over six years. She takes the time to listen to people’s needs so she can understand their unique situations and goals. By answering questions about our services and our firm, and explaining our work process, potential clients learn more about us. She is passionate about helping our clients throughout their experience with our firm. She also manages the firm’s marketing and outreach efforts. She holds an MBA from Bentley University and a BBA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Stacey lives in Billerica with her husband and two dogs.
Kelly Moore
Business Manager/Paralegal
Kelly’s interest in estate planning came from her personal experience with her mother who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. When her mom became unable to care for herself, Kelly found that her mother had no estate plan in place. Kelly got a crash course on what it was like to be ill-prepared for the unexpected. She found herself dealing with her mother’s medical situation, applying for MassHealth, and learning about long-term care, all while handling her mother’s finances, spending down her assets, and dealing with the court to secure a conservatorship.
This experience inspired Kelly to educate others and help them with their estate planning. She has worked in estate planning as a Business Office Manager and Paralegal. She helps clients by using her specialized legal knowledge to support Matt in the preparation of trusts, wills, health care proxies, powers of attorney, and other related documents.
Kelly is married with two teenage daughters. She enjoys hiking, walking her dogs, practicing yoga, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She graduated from Western New England University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
Linda Glazer
Probate and Trust Administration Paralegal
Linda joined Heritage Law Center in 2020. She has over 20 years of experience working in the legal field, with extensive experience in assisting clients with estate planning and probate matters.
Linda received a Bachelor's degree from Lesley College. When Linda isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her family and gardening.
